Duties include order processing, contact with customers & suppliers, invoicing and light LC documentation.
Qualified candidates must be bi-lingual (Chinese/English) proficiency in speaking, reading and writing and be a team player with a can-do attitude.
Experience is preferred.

Primary responsibility: Setting up tank/bulk vessel Arr/Dep's, liaise/comply w/CBP, Coast Guard, Pilot etc, schedule vessels, estimate costs, create purchase orders, & client communications.
Must have: Driver license/own car/ins (- expenses reimbursed); Strong organizing/communication/computer skills; MS Office experience; Be able work a/hrs - Paid OT.
